Our programme

What we do
Organizing for One Voice
We work to bring domestic workers together to form a strong, united group. By organizing members under one voice, we are better able to advocate for their rights, influence policies, and ensure their concerns are heard at all levels.
Skill Building & Training
We provide practical training in areas such as cleaning, cooking, and childcare to help domestic workers improve their abilities. These skills not only boost confidence but also help members secure better jobs with fair conditions.
Job Matching & Decent Work
We assist both members and non-members in finding employment that meets decent work standards. This includes fair pay, safe environments, and respect in the workplace—ensuring that workers are not exploited or mistreated.
Workplace Support & Conflict Resolution
When members face problems at work, we step in to provide support. Whether it’s resolving conflicts with employers or addressing unfair treatment, we work to find peaceful, respectful solutions that protect our members’ rights.
Mental Health & Wellbeing
We understand that emotional wellbeing is just as important as physical safety. Our program offers mental health support and counseling to help domestic workers manage stress, trauma, and personal struggles.
Legal Assistance & Rights Protection
We collaborate with legal partners to provide access to justice for domestic workers. Whether facing abuse, wrongful dismissal, or legal threats, we help members understand their rights and seek legal remedies when needed.
