Mission

We work to protect and promote the rights of domestic workers and migrant domestic workers in Cambodia. We support fair laws, raise awareness, and provide skills and knowledge to empower workers and improve their working conditions.

Purpsose

To ensure domestic workers are heard, respected, and protected by law. We connect members, partners, and the public to share knowledge, advocate for change, and build a stronger voice for those working in homes across Cambodia.

Goal

Our goal is to see domestic workers recognized and valued as essential contributors to society. We aim to influence policy, provide training, and create lasting support systems that improve the lives of workers and their families.
